If for any reason you are not happy with your high heels, our Refund and Returns Policy allows you to return or exchange eligible items within the specified timeframe. 2. How to Return an Item

Step 3: Carefully package the item(s) in the original packaging and send them back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Refunds
Once your return is processed and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note the following:

8. Restocking Fees
