  • Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery.
  • Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery, available for orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) EST.
  • International Shipping: Available to select countries (see Section 4 for details).

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the size of your order, the shipping method you choose, and your delivery address. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout, and you will have a chance to review the total cost before confirming your order.

  • Domestic Orders (within the United States):

    • Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat rate of $7.99 applies.
    • Expedited Shipping: Starting at $15.00.
    • Overnight Shipping: Starting at $30.00.
  • International Orders:

    • Shipping fees for international orders depend on the destination and the shipping method selected. During checkout, the applicable shipping fee will be calculated based on your address.
    • Please note that customs duties, taxes, and other import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. For more information, please refer to Section 4.

3. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). We aim to process orders as quickly as possible.
  • Order Confirmation: After your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase and an estimated delivery date.
  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.


4. International Shipping

We are proud to offer international shipping to select countries. The following terms apply:

  • Countries We Ship To: We currently ship to many countries worldwide. During checkout, you will be prompted to select your country for an accurate shipping quote.
  • Customs Duties and Taxes: For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and other import fees may be applied by the destination country.   • Delivery Times: International shipping times can vary based on your location, customs processing, and the shipping method chosen. On average, international deliveries take 7-21 business days.

5. Order Tracking

  • To track your order, simply visit the courier’s website (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL) and enter your tracking number.

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid physical address for shipping.
  • APO/FPO Addresses: We are currently unable to ship to military addresses (APO/FPO) via standard or expedited shipping methods.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately at puffymagicnie.com or (847) 777-1241. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Damaged Goods: If your items are damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may require you to submit photographic evidence of the damage to process a claim or send a replacement.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost or delayed beyond the expected delivery window, we will investigate the matter with the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.

8. Address Changes

Once your order is shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. If you realize that there is an error in the shipping address after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the package is dispatched.
